President Hassan Sheikh inaugurates the new Galmudug Presidency alongside Galmudug State President – Somali National News Agency
Dhusamareb, (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, together with the President of the Galmudug State, H.E Ahmed Abdi Kariye (Qorqor), has inaugurated the new building of the Galmudug Presidency.
The President praised Galmudug’s leaders for their hard work in building public interest centres. He also noted that the implementation of this project, as well the struggle to liberate areas from the enemy, is a reflection on the leadership and people of Galmudug.
“This historic step is a symbol of the real struggle of the people of Galmudug to improve their future. The symbol governance and people who have made a legacy decision is visible to me in Galmudug and that is where we want to direct our people.”
Attended the inauguration ceremony of Galmudug Presidency were Ministers and MPs, Vice President of Galmudug and Speaker of the Galmudug Parlament, as well as Ministers and MPs of the Galmudug State, Galgudud regional authorities and Galmudug community.
