His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory note to President of the United States of America (HEM). Joseph Robinette Biden, on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.
This message is from the Sovereign on behalf of Himself as well as the Moroccan people. It expresses His sincere congratulations to President Biden, and His hopes for greater progress and prosperity for the American people.
“I should like you to know, Mr. President, how much I value the time-honored relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United States of America, which are grounded in close friendship, mutual esteem and active solidarity,” says HM the King.
“I very much look forward to continuing to work with you to strengthen our ties and promote our strategic partnership, thus fulfilling our ambitions as well as the aspirations of our peoples,” the Sovereign continues. HM the King further reiterates Morocco’s “unshakable resolve to strengthen dialogue, consultation and coordination” with the United States in international forums, regarding all matters of common concern.
“In this way, we would serve our countries’ shared interests and contribute to preserving peace, security and stability in the world,” the Sovereign points out.
