The election of the Bureau Chair came about on the opening day of CoM24 in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, with Andrew Bvumbe taking on the position from Uganda’s Rebecca Otengo. He adopted the agenda and programme of labor  for the forty second assembly of the Committee of Consultants.
