THE Ministry of House Affairs, Immigration, Security and Safety says Namibia and Botswana will start 24-hour operations on the Trans-Kalahari/Mamuno border posts as of 1 April.

This was introduced by the ministry’s govt director, Etienne Maritz, on Tuesday.

Maritz mentioned the official launch of 24-hour operations will likely be carried out by house affairs minister Albert Kawana and Botswana’s finance minister Peggy Serame.
