The Meals and Agriculture Group (FAO) and the Italian Company for Growth Cooperation (AICS) have donated gear value Sh1.65 million to 5 youth teams in agribusiness in Kisumu County.

The donation comprising two tricycles Dayun and three Honda motorbikes was issued to the beneficiaries as a part of Part I of the Modern Meals System challenge in the Lakeside County.

The programme seeks to assist and strengthen youth-led agribusiness enterprises to beat manufacturing challenges and enhance the meals methods in the world.

The beneficiaries had been drawn from teams dealing in poultry, aquaculture, vermiculture, and milk worth addition.
