Mogadishu (SONNA) – Adan Mohamed Nor, House of People speaker, has left the country for the Netherlands on Sunday in a working visit. SONNA reported.
The speaker will meet with his Holland counterpart, as well as the Somali community, to discuss the latest developments in Somalia.
In recent weeks, Mr Nor has been engaging in conversation with house speakers from several countries to improve cooperation and friendship relations.
Last week, Vanhanen Matti, the Finnish Parliament speaker, spoke by phone with both officials about economic growth and development.
On 28 September, 2022, speaker Nor held phone discussions with Turkish’s Mustafa Sentop, reviewing friendship of the committees of the parliaments.
