Mogadishu, (SONNA) – A ceremony honoring the signing of an agreement on the Dhusamareeb airport maintenance project was held today in Mogadishu.
The Minister of Transport in the Galmudug State, Risaaq Mohamud, was present at the signing. Mr. Albert Fiki, Ambassador to the Italian Embassy in Somalia and other WFP members were also present at the signing.
The cost of the airport maintenance project, which will continue until the end this year, was 3 million and one hundred thousands dollars.
This project, which was originally promised by the Italian government is being implemented or involved by WFP
