Mogadishu (SONNA) – Somalia’s minister for energy and water resources, Jama Taqal Abbas, met with Kristina Svensson, head of World Bank office in Somalia.
Mr Taqal briefed Svensson on Federal Government’s efforts and plans to provide its citizens cheap energy and clean water with sustainable.
In his side, Mrs Svensson expressed warm approval for the Government’s visions, and pledged she is joining the campaign of supporting these projects.
The World Bank supports Somalia’s federal and regional governments to promote good governance, stimulate economic recovery, and create jobs.
