Garowe (SONNA)-The President’s Special Envoy for Drought and Humanitarian Affairs Mr. Abdirahman AbdiShakur Warsame attended Puntland Drought Relief conference in Garowe, SONNA reported.
The Conference was attended H.E Said Abdullahi Deni the President Puntland State, Vice President Puntland State H.E Ahmed Elmi Osman Karaash, Puntland Dought Emergency Committee, Ministers MPs, international organizations and Agencies in Puntland State, and members the community.
