Morocco hosts 2022 U.S.-Africa Business Summit – The North Africa Post

The U.S.-Africa Business Summit, which seeks to encourage investment in the Continent, will be convened this year in Marrakesh July 19-22 under the theme: “Building Forward Together”.

According to the U.S. Corporate Council on Africa (CCA), the summit will examine a renewed commitment from both public and private sector stakeholders to strengthening U.S.-Africa trade, investment, and commercial ties in the wake of unprecedented economic and health challenges.

The U.S. Africa Business Summit 2022 will be the first major U.S. conference to take place in person since the Covid-19 pandemic. High-level and panel discussions will be held on topics such as business opportunities and problems in agribusinesses, finance, energy and health, as well as ICT, security, and creative fields.

This event facilitates connections between African and American business leaders, investors, and investors. It offers networking opportunities, and activities that allow attendees to meet face–to-face to discuss key U.S. African economic issues and reestablish important business relationships that were lost in the past 2 years.

Participants will meet high-level government officials from the most promising countries for investment and business leaders. They will discuss business opportunities, government policies, success stories, and other topics.

They will also have the opportunity to meet with key decision makers, African and American government delegations, CEOs and senior executives from U.S. companies and African companies.
