Muqdisho- (SONNA). H.E Omar Mahmud Filish is the Governer for Banadir and Mayor of Mogadishu. He visited some streets in Mogadishu that were flooded by the rains over the last 24 hours.
The Mayor of Mogadishu visited areas where officials from the Municipality were clearing rainwater from the streets to improve traffic flow and the community.
The Governor visited the following areas:
1- The road leading to Somali Police School.
2-21-October Street
3-KM-4 and Waberi district
4- Bulo hobey road in Wadajir District
Governor Omar Filish directed all Benadir region district administrations to complete the work to restore the cleanliness in the capital. He also asked the community to support the Municipality officials.
