Mogadishu(SONNA):Ministry of Humanitarian affairs and Disaster Management delivered food aid to bulo burte town, SONNA reported.
The aid plane, carrying the aid, left Mogadishu’s airport this morning to deliver food aid for those in need of it in the Hiraan region.
At the airport, members of Parliament representing Hiraan region, including former Homeland Minister Abdirizak Mohamed, MP Mohamed Abdulkadir, and MP Abdinasir Shirwa, were present.
Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management H.E Khadija Mohamed Diriye stated that aid will be sent to those affected by the drought in Hiraan.
