Selected Players and coaches who participated at the Basketball Africa League (BAL) have been invited to take part in this year’s NBA Summer League from July 7-17 in Las Vegas.

In an effort to win contracts, the BAL players will be accompanied by other notable players from other professional leagues.

The competition will feature 75 games over 11 days, with each team playing five games.

Each team will play 4 games between July 7-15. The top 2 teams from the first 4 games will play in a Championship Game on July 17.

The Championship Game is over for the 28 teams that are not participating in it. A fifth game will be played on July 16 or 17.

The winning percentage and tiebreakers will determine seeding for Championship Game.

Evans Ganapamo, a Cape Town Tigers player in Season 2 BAL, was invited to Milwaukee Bucks.

The average game time for the small forward, aged 28, was 35 minutes. He averaged 16.2 PPG and 3.5 RPG.

Forces Armees et Police Coach Francois Enyegue, who led his team to victory in the Second BAL Season 2, has been called up by the Bucks as part of their summer league team.

After losing to Zamalek in semi-finals, Enyegue was unable to secure a third-place victory. Enyegue served as assistant Head Coach in the inaugural season of BAL. He was promoted to Head Coach in the second season.

Toronto Raptors also invited Coach Emmanuel Mavomo, Espoir Fukash, to join their summer league squad.

He led the Democratic Republic of the Congo team in their first Basketball Africa League, playing in the Nile Conference in Cairo.

According to BAL President Amadou Gallo Fall, “the participation of BAL players and coaches is part of the league’s strategic objective to build capacity and improve on the quality of the product on the court.”
