Msgr. Daniel Blanco Mendez, Auxiliary Bishop of San Jos\u00e9, Executive Secretary of the Pastoral Care of Human Mobility, on the occasion of the World Day of Migrants and Refugees tomorrow, Sunday 25 September.<br \/>\nThe Bishop quotes Pope Francis&#8217; message &#8220;Shaping a future with migrants and refugees also requires recognizing and appreciating each of their contributions to this process.&#8221; &#8220;God&#8217;s plan for the future is essentially inclusive and places in the center the inhabitants the existential peripheries. These include many migrants and refugees as well as victims of human traficking and displaced persons.<br \/>\nAccording to Msgr. Daniel Blanco Mendez. &#8220;Regardless of the origin country, there are many causes that can lead to displacement. These include exclusion, poverty and insecurity. Many people are victims of human traficking, which is the abuse of them by people traffickers, general crime, and even the authorities.<br \/>\nThe Bishop stresses that, despite all the obvious aspects, the magnitude and seriousness of the phenomenon are still not fully understood.
