Sunrise FC, newly promoted to the top league in Rwanda, has signed Brian Ssali (Uganda second-tier club Ndejje University FC) on a 2-year deal.<\/p>\n
Ndejje’s last season was remarkable in midfield. Ssali scored ten goals and provided 11 assists in fourteen games.<\/p>\n

He is the fourth Nyagatare-based club to sign in the ongoing window. The goal is to build a team which will remain in the top flight league.<\/p>\n

After beating Rwamagana to win the second division trophy, Sunrise FC returned to Rwanda’s premier league last month.\u00a0<\/p>\n
