A champion from a rich background

Mike Tyson, the legendary heavyweight boxing champion and the youngest in the world, once said that to be a formidable opponent in the ring, you had to be hungry and endure great hardships. He is the son a well-known Nigerian accountant and a nurse. He was sent to New Zealand by his sister to continue his studies.

He was intimidated by some teenagers in high school and decided to learn muay thai after seeing the film Ong Bag. The martial arts virus didn’t leave him. He then began a professional career as a Kick Boxer, where he achieved 32 wins in a row with no setbacks. He suffered five setbacks in 75 oppositions, including one knockout by his pet peeve, Alex Pereira, who was from Brazil.
