Between sets, guests were entertained further by a karaoke session as well as a magical performance.<br \/>International Music Day or F\u00eate de la Musique is a celebration of all things related to music, as it originated in France in 1982 and is celebrated on the 21st of June every year to promote music and honor the musicians and singers for the gift of music, which gives flight to the imagination and life to everything.<br \/>Alliance Fran\u00e7aise de Lagos\u2019s Director, Marc Br\u00e9bant, expressed: \u201cF\u00eate de la Musique\u2019s main objective is to promote music and enable people to enjoy and discover new sounds and new artistes with various genres like folk or Afro-fusion. We are very happy to be hosting this year\u2019s celebration in partnership with Trace Naija and we hope to continually produce such an event in the coming years.\u201d<br \/>M.D of Trace West Africa, Sam Onyemelukwe stated \u201cWe are very delighted to have partnered with Alliance Fran\u00e7aise for this year\u2019s Fete De La Musique celebration in Lagos, Nigeria. The collaboration resulted in a showcase of different genres of music from Nigeria&#8217;s Entertainment scene, which attracted music lovers and attendees to an evening of live music.
