Baidoa, (SONNA) – The assembly of the Nationwide Consultative Council has on Thursday kicked off in Baidoa the executive capital of the Southwest State of Somalia.
The assembly which is chaired by the President of the Federal Authorities of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud targeted on the construction of nationwide safety, the method of economic federalization, and elections on the federal and state ranges.
The assembly was attended by the Prime Minister, Hamza Abdi Barre, Deputy PM Salah Ahmed Jama, Mayor of Mogadishu, Yusuf Hussein Jim’ale, the Presidents of Southwest, Jubbaland, and Hirshabelle States, particularly Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed (Laftagareen), Ahmed Mohamed Islam (Madobe), Ali Hussein Guudlawe, and Ahmed Abdi Kariye (Qoorqoor).
