The Prime Minister, together with his wife, arrives in Tunisia on a working visit – African Business

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his wife Anna Hakobyan arrived in Tunisia as part of a working visit to take part in the 18th Summit of International Organization of La Francophonie.

The official welcome ceremony took place at Djerba’s international Airport. Imed Memmich, Tunisian Defense minister, received the Prime Minister of Armenia and Mrs. Hakobyan.

Armenia will hand over the presidency of the OIF Summit’s 18th Summit of the International Organization of the Francophonie, which took place on November 19-20. At the summit, Pashinyan, the Prime Minister, will give a speech.

The Prime Minister will also meet bilaterally with leaders from different countries as part of the visit.

Djerba will be home to a Francophonie city. Participants, OIF partners, and agencies will have the chance to show off the cultural diversity of their respective countries. Exhibition-sale and presentation of tourist opportunities, works art and culture, as also national cuisine, will be possible.

On this platform, the Republic of Armenia will be presented with a pavilion entitled “Culture and Technology”, the core of which is the rich Armenian carpet-making culture.
