Mogadishu (SONNA) – Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre meets with James Swan, the UN envoy in Mogadishu.
The premier received briefing on UNSOM’s work doing in Somalia particularly drought response and assistance to recent liberated areas from terrorists.
Mr Hamza thanked Special Representative for United Nations General Secretory for his role in country’s revival.
“I also listened to his thoughts on how the United Nations Office would continue to work with the Government of Somalia” the premier added.
