The official launch of the Cosafa Beach Soccer CupDurban, on September 25, was the day that it was presented. Senegal and Mozambique were the shock posters of the first day. The Senegalese goals were scored by Amar Samb (twice), Seydina diagne, Papa Ndour, Mamour Diagne and Papa Ndour.
The Mozambicans, who will host the next CAN Beach Soccer tournament, showed poor performance. The Seychelles defeated South Africa (3-2), the hostess of this group A. This means that Senegal is now at the top of the pool, ahead of the Seychelles.
Another guest is in Group B for this Cosafa Beach Soccer Cup. Egypt won Mauritius’s favor (6-3). After its victory over Tanzania (4-2), Uganda is now second. The second day of competition will take place on Monday, September 26.
