David Adeleke, a superstar musician, has begun his highly anticipated North America tour.
The tour was to be held in five cities and began on Thursday night with a concert at New York City.
Davido’s energetic performance at the Brooklyn concert set the stage for his tour.
The superstar performed his greatest hits, including See Gobe, Dami Duro and FIA, during the concert.
The Osun State-born singer also brought his cultural heritage with him to New York. A caricature of Osun Osogbo was on the stage.
After the concert, the artist had an After Party at Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
The North America tour tagged, ‘We rise by lifting others tour’, is scheduled to hold at five cities including New York, Toronto, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles.
Many fans and attendees took to Twitter to praise the singer for pulling off the concert at New York.

An attendee at the concert, @bunmiog_, tweeted, “Davido’s concert was a vibe. I danced so hard. I was sweating.”
“That was a good ass concert, OBO you did great @davido,” @fisayooxo tweeted.
