A delegation led by the Director Common of the Somali Nationwide Catastrophe Administration Company (SoDMA) Mr. Mahmoud Macallim Abdulle arrived immediately in Baydhabo, the interim capital of the South West State, to take part in a convention on humanitarian affairs.
The convention, which was organized by SoDMA, will focus on the humanitarian scenario within the nation and the challenges confronted by the folks affected by drought, floods, battle, and displacement. The convention will even search to mobilize sources and coordinate efforts among the many federal and state governments, the Banaadir Area, and the worldwide neighborhood.
The delegation of the Director Common was welcomed on the Shati Gaduud Airport by Ministers, MPs, the Administration of Bay Area, the District Administration of Baydhabo and numerous sections of the society. Mr. Abdulle expressed his gratitude for the nice and cozy reception and mentioned that he was wanting ahead to participating with the stakeholders and companions in addressing the humanitarian wants of the Somali folks.
The convention is predicted to open in Baydhabo within the coming days and shall be attended by Ministers of Humanitarian Affairs from the Federal Member States, representatives from the Worldwide Group, and civil society organizations.
