Rugby squad for Nations Cup – The Namibian

The Namibia Rugby Union yesterday introduced a 35-man squad that may journey to Uruguay this weekend to compete on the Nations Cup in Montevideo. 

The crew was chosen following a second coaching camp at Swakopmund over the previous week, after an preliminary camp in Windhoek at first of July. 

It contains a number of skilled gamers, who joined the squad late as a consequence of commitments with their international golf equipment, like Torsten van Jaarsveld and PJ van Lill from France, and Aranos Coetzee and Louis van der Westhuizen from the Cheetahs in South Africa, whereas a number of others have additionally represented Namibia at earlier Rugby World Cups. They embody Tjiuee Uanivi, Wian Conradie, Johan Retief, Adriaan Booysen and Des Sethie amongst the forwards, and Damian Stevens, JC Greyling, Johan Deysel, Helarius Kisting and Chad Plato amongst the backs.
