Civil 26-5-2023 AD (SUNA) – The City Planning Committee in Gezira State, in its assembly yesterday night headed by Mr. Fadl Al-Mawla Abu Salif, Minister-designate of City Planning, authorized quite a few selections and amended some selections to accommodate the wants of businessmen, retailers and capitalists coming from Khartoum State to Gezira to maneuver the wheel of the financial system. For his half, the Minister of City Planning confused the necessity to stand within the subject on the proposed initiatives submitted for approval.
Whereas Eng. Ali Khalifa, rapporteur of the committee, defined that the authorized initiatives are being studied from all engineering, technical and authorized facets.
Salah al-Din al-Madani, Director Common of the Land Authority, referred to the position of the committee in making ready basic insurance policies for city planning and housing and creating scientific formulation that contribute to development, reconstruction, allocation and use of land in proportion and integration with financial and social improvement plans.
