Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The State Minister of the Ministry of Ports and Marine Transport of the Federal Authorities of Somalia, H.E Mohamed Abdikadir Dhucle and a delegation he led participated within the assembly of the Ministries of Ports and Marine Transport of the Regional Union of the ISCOS in Livingstone, Zambia.
This assembly targeted on the cooperation between the Marine Transports of the East and Center African nations, selling the abilities of maritime professionals and sustaining the protection of marine transport.
