World Bank Governance and Practice Manager for East Africa Manuel Vargas shakes hands with Devolution Principal Secretary Teresia Mbaika on 23rd January 2023 at Teleposta Towers when the World Bank delegation paid a courtesy call to the Principal Secretary’s office at Teleposta Towers. The World Bank delegation urged the Government to continue working on the uncompleted projects which were started by the former government adding that the counties should improve service delivery to Kenyans and also address climate change.
