Morocco’s King sends message to President of Mauritania – The North Africa Post

King Mohammed VI sent a message on Tuesday to President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazaouani. The message was delivered to the Mauritanian Head Of State on Tuesday by Younes Skouri, Moroccan Minister of Economic Inclusion.

The Moroccan envoy delivered few days ago royal messages to President of Gabon Ali Bongo Ondimba and to President of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi. The content of the messages has not been disclosed.

Nouakchott was the place where Mr. Skouri spoke to journalists about his meeting with President El Ghazaouani, which was an opportunity to review the outstanding relations between the Moroccan Sovereigns and the Mauritanian Heads of State as well as between neighboring countries that share a common past.

Minister said that Moroccan-Mauritanian ties are built on solid foundations and mutual respect, as well as a strong strategic partnership and cooperative service to the interests of the two countries.
