For the first ever time, two Nigerian fashion giants, Lagos Fashion Fair (LFF Exhibition) and Africa Fashion Week Nigerian (AFWN), combine forces to host their events at the prestigious Eko Suites on Victoria Island, Lagos.
This historic partnership between Princess Ronke Ademiluyi (founder of AFWN) and Mr Ayo Olugbade (CEO of LFF), could change the face of fashion shows across Nigeria. Both brands are returning for their 8th Edition.
LFF Expo powered By the Atlantic Exhibition aims to provide the perfect platform for fashion lovers to meet with fashion vendors from across the country. AFWN, on the other hand, is an indigenous fashion platform created as a sister event to Africa Fashion Week London, the biggest festival of African fashion in the United Kingdom (UK) and set up to showcase the best of Nigeria and Africa’s emerging creative design talents.
According to organizers, the partnership will shine a spotlight on African textiles, colours, and fashion with the sole purpose of showcasing African creatives worldwide.
AdirestylesNG and Fashion by Ashani are among the local designers who will be appearing at the event. Also, Nivaldo from Mozambique, YawsCreations From The Gambia, Hortense Mbea Afroplan, and others will be there.
